Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, managing their calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling appointment logistics efficiently.
• Organize and coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries for executives' business trips and events.
• Prepare and draft correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents as required.
• Screen and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications to the appropriate executives, ensuring timely responses.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather information, analyse data, and prepare reports for executive review.
• Manage and maintain confidential information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
• Support executive meetings by preparing agendas, taking minutes, and distributing relevant materials.
• Assist in project management, monitoring deadlines, and coordinating deliverables.
